Automatic Blow molding machine（Down Blow） is specially designed for the production of small-sized PET resin bottles with diameter from 100mm to 300mm, height from 50mm to 200mm, weighing from 1kg to 6kg. It is integrated with a highly advanced single screw extruder, jacketed twin-screw granulator, single-stage horizontal blow molding machine and the installation of various atmospheric pressure and vacuum treatment equipment in order to ensure the quality of products. It is mainly used to produce various cups; food packaging containers; household product bottles; personal care products bottles; mineral water bottles etc
The automatic blow molding machine adopts pulsed electric heating system and heats the raw material at high temperature by electricity so as to achieve thermal and chemical reaction of the polymer.
