Enormous and heavy blow molding machine which has a durable operation time. It features with approximate uniform heating temperature and production cycle, continuous operation, high productivity and efficiency.
Suitable for the processing of PVC and PP materials, with advanced technology and high efficiency, has the characteristics of no pollution, low noise and large output. The machine is composed of four parts: rotation mold board, flexible mold, main blower and vacuum pump. Each part can provide simple operation and maintenance to customers.
BLOW-AX1-5GAL machine automatic blow molding is a unique design, automatically blown into the hollow product with a mold; it uses preheated air into the bottom of the barrel to heat, then push barrel base because of its high temperature in order to form a vacuum underneath and finally turn the products out of it. And the product\'s shape is very close to manual blow molding equipment.
This blow molding machine is designed for producing all kinds of PET bottles and tubs. Its own characteristic is simple in appearance, easy operation and high efficiency, with wide application prospect in beverage, food and chemical industries.
