Why do we need to exhaust the air in blow molding products

When the blow molding machine is working, the liquid plastic is sprayed out, and then the wind force blown by the machine is used to blow the plastic body to a certain shape of the mold cavity to make products of different shapes, and the gas in the blow molding product must be discharged. When manufacturing containers with the same solvent volume, the amount of gas discharged from the blow mold is much larger than that of the injection mold, so the volume of gas discharged from the blow mold is equal to the amount of melt injected into the cavity.

For blow molds, the volume of air to be expelled is equal to the cavity solvent minus the volume at the moment of complete film closing, after the parison has been inflated, there will still be some air trapped between the parison and the cavity. It can effectively prevent the food from spoiling and deteriorating by discharging the air in the blow-molded products.

The plastic blow moulding machine bottle blowing machine adopts packaging materials with excellent barrier properties and strict sealing technology and requirements, which can effectively prevent the exchange of packaging contents, which can avoid food weight loss and loss of taste, and prevent secondary pollution. Blow-molded products avoid the rupture of packaging containers caused by gas expansion.
