Why do we need to exhaust the air in blow molding products

When the blow molding machine is working, the liquid plastic is sprayed out, and then the wind blowing from the machine is used to blow the plastic body to the mold cavity of a certain shape to make products of different shapes, and the gas in the blow molding product must be discharged.

When manufacturing containers with the same solvent volume, the amount of gas discharged from the blow mold is much larger than that of the injection mold, so the volume of gas discharged from the blow mold is equal to the amount of melt injected into the cavity.

For blow molds, the volume of air to be discharged is equal to the cavity solvent minus the volume at the moment when the film is fully closed, and the volume in the parison that has been blown up, there will still be some air trapped between the parison and the cavity. Expelling the air in the blow molding products can effectively prevent food spoilage.

The plastic bottle blowing machine adopts packaging materials with excellent barrier properties and strict sealing technology and requirements, which can effectively prevent the exchange of packaging contents, which can avoid food weight loss and loss of taste, and prevent secondary pollution. Blow-molded products avoid the rupture of packaging containers caused by gas expansion.
