Different from the traditional circulating system, the TDY electric drum, the heating process of the linear beverage bottle blowing machine is to rotate the preform at a uniform speed, so that it is repeatedly heated to ensure that the bottle material can be evenly distributed to all parts of the bottle. During the entire heating process, the preforms maintain proper spacing to achieve a more uniform and ideal thermal effect. After heat treatment, the plastic submerged pump preform is sent to the mold for stretch blow molding. This section houses a double compacting press equipped with a speed control device and hydraulic drive, and the stretching part is also hydraulically driven. When the stretch blow molding process is completed, the hydraulic servo of the press unit releases the bottle.
