Beverage blow molding machine is specially used to produce 3L bottles and various large-capacity PET bottles. The machine can produce 3L bottles with a maximum output of 800 bottles per hour, and even 1200 bottles per hour when using light weight preforms. At present, the more common models include hollow extrusion blowing machines using PP and PE for one-time molding, using PET, PC or PP. In the linear two-way PET bottle blow molding machine, the preforms are automatically loaded through the feeding hopper, positioned in a row along the neck of the bottle, and guided into a special guide device by gravity. It is then inserted into a special conveying trough by a pneumatic device and sent to the heat treatment area. Different from the traditional circulating system, the TDY electric drum, the heating process of the linear beverage bottle blowing machine is to rotate the preform at a uniform speed, so that it is repeatedly heated to ensure that the bottle material can be evenly distributed to all parts of the bottle.

During the entire heating process, the preforms maintain proper spacing to achieve a more uniform and ideal thermal effect. After heat treatment, the plastic submerged pump preform is sent to the mold for stretch blow molding. This section houses a double compacting press equipped with a speed control device and hydraulic drive, and the stretching part is also hydraulically driven. When the stretch blow molding process is completed, the hydraulic servo of the press unit will release the bottle. As we all know, a good beverage bottle blowing machine has efficient working performance, but if the safety is lost, the value of the beverage bottle blowing machine will be lost.
